Tired of squinting at labels, we committed to four foundational principles that ground all of Rootcha's products in wellness.

1. Bioavailable nutrition in meaningful dosages. You'll never see a traditional multivitamin from us. Size matters when you're trying to fit meaningful dosages of many ingredients. By focusing on bioavailable forms, less is more. We focus on synergistic formulas of everyday essentials that fill in the gaps in your nutrition.
2. No harmful or suspect ingredients. We care deeply about what goes into our supplements. This is where we balance science with a more holistic approach and give a voice to our customers. We exclude GMOs and ingredients studies suggest are potentially harmful, like titanium dioxide and carrageenan, and then go further and avoid ingredients we consider "suspect," like magnesium stearate, a flow agent used in manufacturing that anecdotally may be an under-researched allergen. 
3. Safety first, not an afterthought. We'll never formulate with dosages that exceed the National Institute of Health's tolerable upper limit. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing. When formulating, we look for the "wellness" zone: functional forms and dosages for the body without overdoing it. 
4. Better standards, better labels. Every bottle from Rootcha ships with a QR code on the label linking to batch-specific third-party testing results on product purity from heavy metals and contaminants AND label accuracy, allowing consumers to look beyond the label and access their batch's testing data.

This is because magnesium and zinc supports sleep processes naturally, by alleviating a magnesium and zinc deficiency.

Commonly found in supplements, these contaminants often originate from the natural ingredients of soil or plants, like naturally occurring heavy metals like cadmium, lead, and arsenic.

Contaminants may also be introduced during the cultivation of an ingredient — such as residual pesticides or fungicides used to repel insects or prevent fungus from growing on plants or additives used in the manufacturing process.

All sorts of factors can affect the purity of our supplements. This is why ingredients used in Rootcha products are tested at multiple stages:
