How does my order ship?
Currently all orders placed through Rootcha’s website will ship via USPS First Class Mail from Warminster, Pennsylvania.
Wholesale orders placed through the Holistic Partner Program ship via UPS Ground.
Products purchased on Amazon.com.
By redeeming amazon.com specific coupons, and or purchasing our product on Amazon.com through our advertised promotions, your order will be fulfilled using Amazon's world class shipping and fullfilment service. Learn more on Amazon's shipping policies at Amazon Shipping & Delivery.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 pm, Eastern Standard Time, should ship the same business day. USPS First Class Mail should arrive in 2-5 business days.
Wholesale orders placed through the Holistic Partner Program will ship in 3-5 business days via UPS Ground.
Will I be charged additional fees for shipping?
All retail and wholesale orders shipping to the continental U.S. ship free. Additional fees apply to orders shipped to Alaska, and Hawaii. Additional fees may apply to orders where expedited shipping is chosen at checkout.
Does Rootcha ship internationally?
Currently, Rootcha only ships domestically, to the United States.
Products purchased online from Rootcha will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.
Can I recycle your packaging?
Yes! As of 2020, all orders shipped via our website, are shipped with recyclable packaging.
Where can I find tracking?
When you place your order through rootcha.com, you will recieve an email with your order confirmation, and an email with tracking information, including carrier information and a tracking number when your order has shipped!
Does Rootcha ship to PO Boxes?
Currently, our preferred carriers do not support delivery to PO Boxes.
